OUR PROCESS
With every project, our intention is to create a one of a kind, beautiful and functional home. We strive to make the entire design process as easy and fun as possible. We rely on our experience, expertise and integrity to create an authentic space for you, on time and on budget. Here is how our process works.
Step 01
Consultation with one or both lead designers and one design assistant. We will walk your home or plans with you and offer suggestions, ideas and solutions. We explain our design process and go over your budget and time frame.
Step 02
Signing of contract, once we agree that we are a fit, we schedule a meeting to review our contract, present our estimated fees for the project and begin!
Step 03
Design begins by creating brainstorming boards on Pinterest between Tribe Design and the client to hone in on the look and feel you are wanting for your space.
Step 04
Trade Days will be scheduled to take detailed measurements, drawings and pictures of your space. If you have chosen to use any of our tradespeople they will be engaged at this time to give estimates.
Step 05
Execution of floor plans and elevations, sourcing all furnishings, materials and fabrics…this is our lengthiest step!
Step 06
Design presentation of mood boards, detailed drawings and design selections including fabrics, furnishings, finish out, lighting and draperies for each room.
Step 07
Placement of orders once you have approved all selections.
Step 08
Tracking and receiving of all items ordered, we will pace these orders for you and track them until arrival.
Step 09
Our receiving warehouse will inspect all items received for any flaws or damages incurred from shipping.
Step 10
Installation will be scheduled once we receive all of your products. Our receiving warehouse, Tribe Design and you will agree on a day for your furnishings to be delivered and placed.
Step 11
Styling is preferred after all furnishings have been placed. This is our favorite step where we pull your house together with accessories and personal items to complete your home.
Step 12
Closure meeting and presentation of your client binder, including all vendor invoices for complete transparency.
