Signing of contract, once we agree that we are a fit, we schedule a meeting to review our contract, present our estimated fees for the project and begin!

Design begins by creating brainstorming boards on Pinterest between Tribe Design and the client to hone in on the look and feel you are wanting for your space.

Trade Days will be scheduled to take detailed measurements, drawings and pictures of your space. If you have chosen to use any of our tradespeople they will be engaged at this time to give estimates.

Execution of floor plans and elevations, sourcing all furnishings, materials and fabrics…this is our lengthiest step!

Design presentation of mood boards, detailed drawings and design selections including fabrics, furnishings, finish out, lighting and draperies for each room.

Tracking and receiving of all items ordered, we will pace these orders for you and track them until arrival.

Our receiving warehouse will inspect all items received for any flaws or damages incurred from shipping.

Installation will be scheduled once we receive all of your products. Our receiving warehouse, Tribe Design and you will agree on a day for your furnishings to be delivered and placed.

Styling is preferred after all furnishings have been placed. This is our favorite step where we pull your house together with accessories and personal items to complete your home.

Closure meeting and presentation of your client binder, including all vendor invoices for complete transparency.
